The bracelet comes standard in our gift box and you get a set of 6 rubber bands with it.

You slide the bracelet with the open part sideways around your wrist. If it is too tight or too loose, you can gently bend it open or close.

Note: With a wrist with a size of more than 19 cm, the bracelet will be a little tight.
